Take a Digital Detox Day

Social media is fun, but it’s not the real world. It’s important to pay attention to how much time we’re spending online, and to maintain balance in our lives. It’s easy to get sucked into an artificial lifestyle that pulls us away from our real lives, our health, and our relationships. Face to face interactions can be a challenge during this unprecedented time in the world. Social distancing has made it very difficult to have the usual get togethers that are essential for spiritual fulfillment and mental health.

This week, instead of sending a friend a text or direct message, how about making a call and setting up a time to catch up with a back yard physically distant real life visit? Get outside and enjoy the sunshine.
