Visualization is the best way I know to stay on track and keep myself moving toward my biggest goals. I remind myself of where I am going before I do anything else with my day.
Ideas for Morning Visualization: My favorite method (easiest to use) is to create a vision board or dream board with images that reflect your life exactly as you would like it to be and slowly take in each image and allow yourself to feel how it would feel for that to be true for you, or close your eyes and get a clear picture of your life exactly as you would like it to be, write in a journal-about your life exactly as you would like it to be , think about your biggest goals and picture them already in your life.
