Banana Almond "Milkshake" Smoothie
2 Frozen bananas
( Vitamin B6, Antioxidants, Minerals, Potassium, Vitamin C, Fiber)
1/2 cup Raw almond butter
(almonds only- no additives) (40% of your Protein for the day, Potassium, Iron, Calcium)
10 oz Unsweetened Almond or Cashew Milk
( Protein, Iron, Potassium, Calcium)
1 TBSP Raw organic cacao powder
(Iron, Fiber, Antioxidants, Essential fatty acids, Magnesium, Copper, Manganese, Selenium)
Blend until smooth ( preferably in a high speed blender)
Sprinkle with cinnamon (Blood sugar regulation)
